Customer reserach on Ecommerce managers

I am looking to conduct customer research on some ecommerce managers and merchandisers - while Linkedin is a good place, I don’t seem to be getting a lot of responses through it. I am not sure what is the right forum to find these people, do I look for them in communities - if so can some one help me with slack communities that are meant for ecommerce folks?
