Does anyone have any suggestions on where I should start to convert organic traffic from a website to leads?
For context, our company is an ecommerce web development agency. I’m an SEO Specialist and I’m completely new to CRO (we don’t even have a funnel!). I just finished the Intro to CRO course but still pretty ambiguous about what to do next. If you guys can give me some pointers, I’ll be very grateful.

Depending on which CRO intro course you took, the brand new Strategic Research course could also be a good next step. It will help you create your own framework for conducting strategic research and in turn, help you understand your customers better. Let us know what you decide to go with!
