UTM Tracking for B2B Activities like Tradeshows

Our company attends a lot of tradeshows, where there are posters with QR codes, taking users back to our website. We also use links within materials (ebook, white paper) that we put utms on. We also want our sales team to have links they share with prospects and customers and would like to know the traffic came from their efforts. We aren’t really sure what our sources and mediums should be and I’m wondering if any other B2B marketers do this and have ideas.

Some examples of what we have for source / medium now:

collateral / infographic
collateral / fact-sheet
collateral / white-paper

One could argue the source can be “tradeshow” or “qr-code” as well. Any other suggestions/ideas?
