Hi, I’m standing on 0.39% shopify store conversion rate Sharing screenshot and website (helpusgreen.com) for reference. Tried shopping campaign and facebook ads with instagram account engagers audience. This audience was the only ray of light in the dark. Any suggestion will be appreciated thanks.

Hey @neha its quite difficult to make an assessment with such little data and context. Could be quite a few things happening here.

Id suggest you follow this playbook and perhaps share some details of your findings? User research, session replays etc.

Im assuming first stage of your funnel is arouns 8200 visits?
