Review all OKR goals with organizational stakeholders who will evaluate marketing success.
Create mini goals for each OKR goal to help individuals within each marketing team understand their personal responsibility and involvement.
Review your OKR goals at least once a year to learn and iterate for the next goal-setting and review cycle.
