Qualification and key skills must-haves :100:

  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, agencies and e-commerce preferably.

  • Experience using A/B testing tools (e.g.: Google Optimize, Convert, VWO, Optimizely)

  • Analytics is second nature to you.

  • Love for all things e-commerce, digital marketing, conversion optimization.
    They are based in Canada, so similar timezones are preferred, such as Latam

  • Result-oriented and religiously set, track and plan performance KPIs.

  • Understand and work well in a startup culture.

I’d love to get my hands dirty with CRO experiments. I have over 8 years experience in marketing. Apart from running experiments, I’ve also built the landing pages myself and created copies. I am a problem solver by nature and love digging into data.


Hi!! I have over 4 years of digital marketing experience. Currently working as head of digital marketing in an electric motorcycle startup, VLEKTRA Increased website conversion rate from 0.8 to 3.2 percent, through heuristic analysis, applying tried and tested techniques, and also through quantitative and qualitative research (analytics, user surveys, heatmaps, focus groups…). Prior to this worked in footwear e-commerce for 4 years, increased conversion from 1.2 to 2.4 percent. I use a data-driven approach to scale website conversions. Have a mini-degree from CXL in both digital marketing and CRO.
