GA4 thank you page conversion

In order to track on GA4. I redirected form submission to thank you page. So whenever user visits thank you it counts a conversion.
Its difficult for me to track the page location of the conversion as it shows all conversions on thank you in GA4.

Any suggestions would be appreciated!
