Learn more about the audience that saw any of your Facebook posts at least once.

  1. Go to Redirecting...
  2. Click on People.
  3. Click on Your fans.
  4. Check the age and gender distribution of your fans on the graphs.
  5. Check the Country table to understand which country your fans come from.
  6. Check the City table to understand which city your fans come from.
  7. Check the Language table to understand which language your fans speak.

Learn more about the users that follow your Facebook page.

  4. Check the age and gender distribution of your followers on the graphs.
  5. Check the Country table to understand which country your followers come from.
  6. Check the City table to understand which city your followers come from.
  7. Check the Language table to understand which language your followers speak.

  1. Go to Redirecting...
  2. Click on People.
  3. Click on People engaged.
  4. Check the age and gender distribution of the people talking about your Facebook page.
  5. Check the Country table to understand which country people talking about your Facebook come from.
  6. Check the City table to understand which city people talking about your Facebook come from.
  7. Check the Language table to understand which language people talking about your Facebook speak.

Use the Audience Insights to get additional data about your Facebook followers.

  1. Go to Login and Access Meta Business Suite and Business Manager
  2. Under People connected to select your Facebook page.
  3. Check the Relationship status chart to understand the distribution of your followers by the relationship status.
  4. Check the Education level bar chart to understand the distribution of your followers by education level.
  5. Click on Activity and check Device Users to better understand which devices your Facebook followers use.

Use the Audience Insights to research potential new audience.

  1. Go to Login and Access Meta Business Suite and Business Manager
  2. Use the criteria in the left navigation bar to define your audience:
    • Choose the location.
    • Choose Age.
    • Choose gender.
    • Choose interests that are relevant to your product and business.
  3. Under New audience you will see the estimated audience size.
  4. You can see the breakdown of the new audience by checking the Age & Gender, Relationship status, and Education level charts.
  5. Go to Page likes to understand the content preferences users that meet your criteria. Check Top categories table to see which topics they are interested in. Check Page likes table to see which pages they like.

Use the insights to improve your Facebook marketing.

Adjust the targeting method to reach the most relevant audience. Use additional criteria such as relationship status or education level to refine your targeting. Use interests the people connected to your page have, as audiences in separate ad sets. Segment geographic data into separate audiences - for example, create separate ad sets targeting different regions or countries. Segment demographic data into separate audiences - for example, create separate ad sets targeting different genders or age groups.
