Get started in Facebook Ads Manager.
Log in to Facebook and open the Ads Manager.
Facebook Ads Manager is where you will create and manage your ad campaigns. Facebook also allows you to advertise directly from a Facebook page with sponsored posts, but it lacks the advanced marketing tools needed for serious marketers.
Click on Create an Ad on the top right of the screen.

Start creating Facebook advertising campaigns.
You’ll be prompted to create a new Facebook ad campaign.
If you do not reach the Facebook Ads Manager and are taken to your Facebook personal account news feed, search for Ads Manager on the Facebook search bar at the top of the page. Select the one in the section Facebook Shortcuts.
